✨Burlexercise body confidence✨

From Wednesday 6th of May on weekdays at 1pm we will be doing a daily Burlexercise body confidence mini workout.
Each day we will do four/five songs, a warm up, a cardio or two, either an arms or a booty workout and finish with a traditional burlesque song to cool down. We will talk about celebrating your body for what it can do and finding acceptance and confidence in your own skin. BONUS to celebrate 'No diet day' on Wednesday 13th of May we will be doing a live zoom/webinar talking about why diets are harmful for us and learning more about intuitive eating. You can live a happy life without restrictions. You can live a confident life without changing a thing. |
