It took me a long time to find peace with my body, to actually truly feel confident to wear jeans no matter what size, I know I am not along and that most people struggle to look in the mirror without crying or negative thoughts entering your mind.
My mission is to empower women to conquer their body image issues and guide them on their self love journey, this year I have created two tools that can help you on your journey.
This year I wrote and published my book Stretched: A mother's journey to love her 'flaws' and how you can too, through the book I not only share you with my raw and real account of struggling with my postpartum body image but I also provide you with 12 steps that have helped me on my path to honouring my body.
