Have you ever punished yourself for over eating?

Maybe you worked out even harder the next day or just emotionally abused yourself...

Do you often find yourself turning to food for comfort?

Whether it's a whole pack of biscuits, extra packet of crisps or whatever you fancy...

Do you find yourself starting a diet and putting the weight back on not long after?

Or maybe you weigh even more than you did before you started...

If those questions resonated with you then you're in the right place....

I have always been led to believe...
  • Healthy = skinny.
  • Being overweight is unhealthy.
  • There are 'bad' and 'good' foods.
  • Diets work if you are motivated enough.
  • We should not use food as a form of comfort.
  • To maintain your weight you must watch what you eat.
  • You must burn more calories than you eat in a day to lose weight.
  • Certain foods should be restricted or cut out altogether if you want to be a healthy weight.

Some of these might sound familiar to you, one day I was reading a book "The Goddess Revolution" by Mel Wells, she was talking about how you could be healthy and happy with your body and eat whatever you want.

I shut the book and laughed, that's crazy if I could eat whatever I wanted I'd eat endless amounts of Dairy Milk, pasta with cheese and litres of apple juice.

A few moments later a question buzzed around my mind "Do I really have to watch what I eat for the rest of my life?" This set me on a journey that would take years but led me to find food freedom.

And guess what? I can eat chocolate and know when enough is enough without feeling guilty and eating the whole bar!!

Now I want to share my journey, my learnings and pass it on to you!
