Ana Louise Bonasera is a mother of four boys and author of "Stretched: A mother's journey to love her 'flaws' & how you can too"

After hating her body for the majority of her life, when she became a mother at 20 years old she found herself wishing for they physique she had spent so long mentally and physically abusing. When she fell pregnant just 9 months later with twins her obsession with dieting grew.

As a new mother to three young boys the pressure to loose weight and get her "pre baby body back" was immense. She spent the next few years unhappy no matter how much weight she lost, constantly comparing herself to others, hiding her "flaws" and feeling less unworthy because of them.

Now she shares her journey in her book "Stretched" and online to empower women to honour their 'flaws' and guide them on their self love journey.
